I'm currently working on the bfm utility stuff, but rewriting it more or less from scratch to use the xml library... ;)

Got a new version of the bfm creator implemented, working nicely with the xml library. The code is much shorter than the old one with regular expressions, too. :) Next up is the anim debugging tool, that searches for missing anims or beh sets...

It's a bug finding helper that looks for wrong links between beh, bfm and tsk, which would cause bugs ingame.

E.g. in the beh it tells to play the anim Walk_Right but in the bfm Walk_Right does not exist, so the program raises an error and tells you to fix the bad link. ;)

Got the anim debugger working now, finding missing beh sets in a tsk file will follow next.

By the way, is there anybody who wants to do translate Zoozanne or has already done so?
Currently, the following languages are in need of translation:
Francais
Italiano
Nederlands
Portugues
Svenska
...or anything else you might have your game in ;)

Here is version 7, with the two new utility functions:
-Creating BFMs for every nif file in a folder, with all BF animations that should be used included in the same folder.
-Checking for bad links in the following ways:
BEH BFBehAnimate -> Loaded BFM(s)
TSK BFBehAnimate -> loaded BFM(s)
TSK: BFBehPlaySet -> BehSets

Further versions will also check for bad links in more ways (random anims, docking etc) but this is a nice start to debug stuff. ;)

I have some suggestions, may control the speed of the animal? and in the future could create guest.xml file that allows visitors to give donations to animals? can it add model variants? it could change the toys using animal? and shelters?
