Okay I'll check it. The cloning or hacking function?

Found the problem, and it's pretty much your fault too :P
Your NIF file has an absolute file path for the DDS (C:/Users/....), so it cannot be found in the Z2F file. I'm adding a fix for that as we speak.

Cloning it works fine now, and it doesn't cause trouble in hacking either.

I need the Z2F files that cause trouble with the hacks so I can add exceptions to fix the freezing. ;)

Both files are RAR archives, which is a miracle in itself, because last time I checked ZT2 only read ZIP files... Anyway, I added an exception so it simply ignores them, as there is no RAR library for python.

The algorithm is now a lot more robust and elegant and everything should work better. I'm kinda tired of adding the link for every single release lol; you can find it in my sig in Resources>Software>APE2 as usual.

I turned in my term paper today, so I have some more time now. I can only write the other one once I have prepared and taught a lesson at school; that'll take some time tho...

I improved the cloning tab a lot today. The overall layout has been rearranged and the current entity selection has been changed to a dropdown menu. The delete button is now fully functional and erases the current entity from the project.

It also notices when files are imported and adds them to the project entities selector.

Finally, I also added the zoopedia tab but that is just the interface at the moment, without any functionality:

I decoded and implemented a new BFB block type today, which allows for Billboard models, ie. planes always facing the viewer. They are fairly rare in BFBs so it took a while to notice, but for example it appears in the GreenPitcherPlant.bfb. However, exporting a billboard model causes problems when trying to reimport it, so there is something wrong with the exporter, but not directly the billboard part.

Got it working now, you can try yourself and import the GreenPitcherPlant.bfb.
I've also revised many portions of the code so it is more stable and more elegant, thus easier to edit.
