Thanks! I need to adjust the height down just a bit to be lined up with the lowest elevated path setting so objects can be placed on it. There will be multiple sizes/heights as well.

It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

great work! wil this be an elevated path with poles or objects because for me it is a little unclear at the moment although it looks amazing!

Right now it's scenery, but lined will be lined up to the height of probably the first 3 height levels for the elevated paths. (with combi-patch)

Why don't you simply line it up to ground level so it can be placed on invisible elevated paths?

That would make a lot more sense....lol. Good idea!

only issue would be that the pylons might not be long enough to accommodate all the heights, but I don't really see people putting docks up past a certain height anyway...lol.

I'll still probably include some as scenery so they can just be placed if people don't care about items being able to be placed on top.

So taking Hendrix's advice, I made the dock pieces with zero height. The only issue now is when placing the elevated path low, it can dent the ground. That can be hidden with plants as you see here:

Placing them on the ground makes a nice swampy boardwalk!

That does look nice!
Quick question, what happens if I try to place it on water surface without a path under it ?
Does it sink or float ?

At this moment, it sinks, but I just have to adjust the coding for it to "float" on water. Just haven't gotten that far yet.....lol

Me too, me too.

I was out of inspiration, so I started going through my "stash folder" and realized I had saved these dock pieces a while back. I didn't have time back then to embark on a whole pack of dock pieces, but since I was up for a big download, I decided to start on it. Hopefully will be able to show more pieces soon!

Ok, not a big update here, added the "floatOnWater" coding so now the dock floats. It's a bit lower than the land dock, but I like that as it makes it more real.
