This really is a usefull and much needed item for our zoos. I understand, that you don't want multible skins, but I have to agree with Furka, are dark coloured version matching with Sophie's set would be really cool :$

There are so many more walls than Sophie's though. I don't understand why everything has to match everything else? Most nesting boxes I see at zoos are constructed of plywood, or pine, and this was the look I was going for.

I agree a darker wood version would be nice too, but Sophie's textures aren't PD, so it wouldn't be exactly the same anyway.

Feral, just a suggestion for what you could make are things like: Fences with sliding doors, working platforms, ropes, etc.

I think he's talking about the sliding gates you often see in zoos. And I would love to have such a download, even if it wasn't usable by the animals.
That's exactly what I meant.
And if you do, please make different sizes and heights.

Pheasants and small mammals for example tend to have them at ground level, where other birds and monkeys often have them higher up, accessible by a branch or rope or something.

Been working on something to mount on walls for quite some time. These can't be too deep as they look too silly. Still fighting with where I want to go on this one. I think they look good for small birds, reptiles, or bugs, but anything else it would be too small. In this example, I have two Bee Eaters. Comments? Suggestions?

Wondering if I should add backgrounds to make them look a bit more attractive? Also, when trying to place animals with elevated paths, it's best to place your path first. This one caved in the ground. Thinking of maybe making some mesh ones as well for wall mounted aviaries??

I would add the background like woods or jungle theme then just plain black background for bugs something like that though would be great like in bigger buildings or exhibits that people goes into.

That is quite an interesting design you got there Feral. I can't wait to see what you do with it.

I really like that. Great idea. I think mesh ones would be good too. I get that they can't be too deep, but what about one like the size you have and then another one double the length. Then they could also be used for small monkeys like marmosets and tamarins, or just more birds. Also, do they have to have a background? Or could they just be three sided, and the back would be whatever wall we are using to mount them on ??

I'm not slow! That's just my moe!

I'd have one without a background, a couple with various shades of wood, and one with faux rocks for reptiles and inverts.

Right now they are 3 sided, but can't really make them too mall. Width might work, but to be honest, I haven't worked on a download in a month or so
