All these discus look great but I'm facing what I believe to be an issue, the Orange and Brown discus never seem to submerge and stay at the surface which kind of kills the aquarium mood, is there any reason for this? |

They do submerge, but sometimes it may take a while for them to do so. |

They submerge almost instantly most of the time. Occasionally one may take a while, but normally it is instantaneous. |

Hello  :fish: I made an entry/visitor gathering area for tours with a large Discus tank, so visitors have something nice to look at in any down time they would be waiting for a staff member to take them on a tour or give an educational speech or something.  My inspiration came from a Houston nature center I visited. Robbie, I did have difficulty with the fish submerging...the blue discus all seemed to do fine, and the one orange one was submerging, but the brown and most other orange discus didn't seem to want to come from the surface XD I know it is coding that makes this happen, but I'll say my fish just enjoy being towards the top for this story.         :fish: |
