Hi guys, I might be getting hermies today, and I don't have any substrate. My dealer, who has been had them in captivity for a few years, and he said rodent bathin sand is alright. Is it okay for them? For a short time, as I'll go to the beach a few days later. |

I always heard to use damp coco fiber or something similar. They need a moist area to burrow and moult periodically. They also need both fresh and saltwater to drink. |
