I'm sorry, but what does this have to do with the topic at all? How someone has cared for a pet in the past or how they should is completely irrelevant to trapping or killing of coyotes, or any animal.

Still, bell can't prevent them from killing some other helpless animal like fletchling birds, amphibian and some reptiles.

I think you may be underestimating how annoying a bell can be for a cat some tend to give up hunting altogether when they feel they can't do it |

Hm, I've actually never thought of investing in bells for my two cats. They seem to have killed many of the mice near my house, and it would stop them from killing the frogs and songbirds that frequent my yard. |
