Looks very promising so far;
For the animal hunger/thirst, maybe you could have two versions of the hack - one like you stated for people who still like to play and take care of animal needs, and one with no food requirements for builders/photographers?
I'm not too excited about the longer night, in fact I often wish there was no night since it gets too dark and it's harder to see stuff, build, etc. If you want nighttime ingame then there's Collar's nighttime hack.

If I can do this, and this By The Way has nothing to do with the hack I am creating. But anyway what I want to do is create conservation areas. This will be highly and EXTREEMELY dificult but so were the other things. We as a community have managed to make maps bigger, make terrain go higher, and to delete the outside bounds of a zoo. These are all things that I always wanted and they actually got accomplished finally. So why can't we make our own conservation areas? Im not sure if this will work. I can't garrentee it at all at all. But I'd like to try a lot of things. The question is for the community, would you ever like making your own conservation area? Would you think it's worth it? I'm afraid everyone won't want to do it only because conservation areas can be very annoying because you can't do anything with them? But what if you could delete them?

I can't do anything with conservation areas since I got a glitch that doesn't allow me to place anything in them. And also, with your older hack, for some reason whenever I jump, I go very high up, and it gets a bit irritating after a while.

Yeah sorry I know that's been a problem I'm aware of. I'ts not there in v. 2.0 because I fixed it.

The hacks really are cool! For the animal needs I agree with lgcfm.
What I would like for the hack, and I agree with Knertje, is the possibility to have animals on elevated paths without complaining.

There'll be no foot-walking! Just air-flying!

I'd honestly suggest you not to completely remove certain needs. Needs are used as requirements for tasks to be executed ( see my tutorial on behaviours), and removing them all together will have bigger consequences than getting rid of "animals complaining".

In case of hunger/thirst, your animals will no longer drink or eat. Even for photographers that's a bad thing, because come on, do we really need animals that don't do anything but walking, standing and sleeping ? :P

Of course, you can do whatever you want to do; but the needs are a core aspect of behaviours, and by removing them you'll end up with animals doing less than before, which means you'll end up with animals that only do the extremely basic things and you'll be missing out on all the cool anims and behaviours they can show.

I think the best solution would be to make the water and food everlasting, you wouldn't need to worry about them being angry because they ran out of food.

I would try to make food everlasting but IDK how! I'm a fan of both ways! (i.e. Removing their need for water and food, and keeping their needs for behaviors). I was aware in the first place about the fact that removing their needs would remove behaviors and I certainly don't want that! The fact is that since the first comment about my first post on the place hack 2.0, I was not planning on removing their needs but adjusting them because I don't want them to have less behavior. I was also planning on not putting that as a default in the hack but instead it would be a side-hack (optional like I did with the enterance hack in 1.0) The Place Hack 2.0 will not modify either food (to last forever) or to adjust the needs of the animal. These will turn into two separate side hacks. (The modify needs hack will not remove their needs but just make it longer for them to need it).

On the other thought, I would like to focus on making food eisier for animals to reach if hat is possible. You know where you place food next to another object and an animal cannot reach it? When it's too close to another object? Though to my knowledge this might not be possible because of the objects gird boundries but I need some thought on all this and please let me know what you think!

Also, I notice in the animals AdjustNeeds in the animal.xml file, there is a need called "breath"! If someone could explain that to me that would be interesting because I'm just confused about what that is. I'm not planning on doing anything with it but I'm confused and very curios. But anyway...

Just speculating because I never noticed, but do animal's breath "fog" on tundra/cold maps? This could be it. Or possibly the rate of the animal breathing (for side/stomach movement?)...OR for how long they can swim underwater?

Hmmmmmm mebey it could be that! I just thought about it that's all! Anyway... What's everyone's input in this? Is there anything different I could do for the place hack 2.0? Is there something I should add it the hack?

well the fog thing looks pretty good but I have noticed for a while that herbivores barely eat plants or when they eat plants it barely helps with their hunger, but it's just an idea

please excuse me for the bad English, I write about Google Translator! I hope you understand everything!

I love your downloads .. and work a lot with them. And you would also like to give feedback.
I want a hack ensures that the animals are more self-sufficient ... for example .. an elephant grass or leaves plucked from the trees, drinking at a water system and thus already covers its needs for food and water. A shark is nourished only by the occupations and satisfied pulls his tracks.

I rely very much like landscapes without fences and without water trough and feed trough. I hide them always in thickets and under rocks. But the animals usually do not complain zoom they come .. it would be nice if that would no longer be so ..

An idea of mine is that there are also additional invisible trays, invisible toilets for visitors, invisible doors for the keepers, invisible restaurant's and stalls, and so on ...

Thanks for your ideas and creations ... Zootycoon 2 becomes boring never to all of your ideas and die .. Thanks to all creators !!!

Hmmm. Ya I notice animals need work on hacking more than objects. Objects have been hacked in the past to almost as far as it can get and I need to work more on hacking animals. I would try to make invisible objects and that it possible. This is a future project. However jestorty, I don't know how to create animal behaviors so IDK if I will be able to make animals eat leaves and water and be more filled.

Hey LC, not sure if I am doing something wrong, but none of your roofs line up with the fences in the new Aviary pack. The flat roof is fine, but all the angled and cornered roofs are too high. I tried to adjust them in NifSkope, but no dice. Wondering if I can add a "height offset" to elevated path roofs? Or maybe you could employ a quicker fix??

You could try adjusting the ground level. Just raise it up a tiny bit.
