Yeah but like I said, such a project has to be constructed around the most difficult feature, which in this case is the animal AI. Starting with anything else likely results in wasted time if it turns out the AI is too difficult.

Can't we render animations within unity using timers. Then get information from custom animation files that the game can read which will tell what the animations do?

And why would the AI be hard to make? I can use if statements.

I'm not sure what you mean by the first line, but ai is so much more complex than just some if statements. If you look at indie games, or games in general, the AI is often not really good. That is because it is so incredibly difficult to create believable AI. The animations are really easy, and unity has a really great system there.

So in other words what your saying is... Make an animal first and as I create the rest of the game, add behaviors that will revolve around them?

Hello everyone, I am back. I cannot play ZT2 but that's WILL NOT completely stop me from designing the same way I did before. I am currently working on the Under Construction Pack. All I need to do is finish the icons and I can release it today or tomorrow.

Here is an old pic I took:

Tomorrow I will be releasing a download! Also, if there is anyone out there who wants to help me test my downloads, please PM me ASAP. I will put you on a list to test my downloads. If you don't however get PMed to test a download soon after your request to help, I may want your help in the future.
