Betta would probably eat any other animals in with it assuming your tank stays around room temperature you shouldn't need a heater It would be large enough for a couple of neons, but they would need an oxygen source (either a filter or bubbler) since unlike betta they don't breath air Edited by stargatedalek, Jul 9 2014, 11:11 PM.
