Hey guys! I'm thinking about getting a Chilean Rose-Hair Tarantula. Anyone else have one and could give me some tips? |

I don't know too much about this one, but I'll give a try: They need a dry scrub-like environment, and while they burrow in nature, they don't in captivity and will need a cave or something to hide in. The best food is large crickets who have been gut-loaded with vegetables, this will provide the necessary nutrition easily. (That goes for many other species as well) Sorry if there has been a mistake, I'm more into Scorpions...

I've never raised them, but I've handled them they spook easily, and they tend to jump and kill themselves accidentally if you are holding them and they get scared |
