Well, having a really flat stone is kinda pointless, then you could simply pretend there were heating cables in the ground xD

Maybe we could do a wall mounted lamp or something, or at least one mounted on a pole that doesn't look like rubber...

Aren't there sometimes this red lights? Something you can place under an elevated path. Large version for the big ones, like a neon lamp and a spot for the babies (And hatchlings and small other reptiles ;) ) Like this one: lamphttp://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=26938

I don't think it needs to be a special lamp. :P A lot of zoos work with the "normal" heating lamps.
For exemple this one.

Would you look at me? I'm setting records.

I just love how far this game has come. Realism is being sparked and the designs keep getting better and better. All of these designers are basically making Zoo Tycoon 3. Great work you guys! These new animations will kick ass for sure. ;)

This. A simple heat lamp hanging down from an elevated path would do the trick, I reckon.

Here's another example:

Sometimes I forget that not all countries have the same climate as in Spain, here most crocodile exhibits are open xD I have a friend who works as a veterinarian in a center of large reptiles, I will ask options

I would prefer another climate, but we have no choice ;) Thank you for thinking of the people with a cold climate!

Please do no pester designers by asking for release dates, and everyone should hold off on the suggestions unless they ask for them.

First of all, everything is very impressive! Really nice animations for the Buoy, and a very cool idea altogether!

Secondly, I'd like to know if the buoy is place-able on land, too? I know that's not the original intention, but I think it could be used well in exhibits for some land species, too. (Without animations of course)

there is no suitable animations for use on land, we would have to create for each species, would be easier to synchronize it with a feeder made from scratch ;)
