Fantastic work guys, I love those three crocodilians! Ugh, it's hard to vote for just one specie...

How will the voting work out anyway? Because I've noticed the poll in the topic at ZH has somewhat different results to the poll in this topic. http://w11.zetaboards.com/ZooHispania/topic/10599217/1/#new |

I supposed they are going to make the most voted for, not necessarelly the first in the poll will the next to be made. Or they can just sum up both polls results. Anyway, i'm kind of dissapointed to see that the saltwater crocodile is winning the poll, but the freshwater crocodile has so few votes. We don't have not even one good freshwater crocodile that is up to date and this animations will be perfect for it... |

They've more or less said that at one point or another they'll probably make them all since crocodilians aren't that different, after they make the base models for the different ones, alligator, freshwater/gharial, crocodile, caiman. The rest is more or less just editing the skin here and there or the size more or less. So there's no reason to be discouraged, besides. Considering all of the new animations, all other crocodilians will be rather outdated in comparison to these. |

Nessich: Yeah but few designers try working on them because of how hard skinning a croc is (from what I've hear). One more reason to love this pack BTW. Edited by Furka, Oct 7 2014, 01:48 PM.

And rigging them. I'm sure that is not easy task either. |

Once again, absolutely incredible work guys. It's because of you lot that I still have faith in the community and in this game! The attention to detail is amazing. Of course, I voted for the New Guinea crocodile and while I realize that it's obviously never going to win (in fact it's probably at the bottom of your list), I still hope you'll remain interested for long enough to get down to that one

I can vouch for that. Crocodiles are INCREDIBLY difficult to pull off right. Took me ages to get like 25% of a saltie skin texture done, but it was too difficult so I just gave up on it. This is perhaps the first time I've seen crocs executed for ZT2 in such a brilliant manner. Being that it's my favourite species of croc, perhaps my favourite modern animal species in the world, and that one animal I never succeeded with, I voted Saltie. Not only are they the largest, most adaptable and most aggressive of all crocodilians, but they're so variable in colour, so I'd be interested to see what colour morph(s) will be used. |

Well, as Ignacio said, at least for me, lists are indicative for demand, to pay attention to those most loved crocodile to the people, that does not mean that they will have a strict order, or that if we want make a specie under-voted we do it because we like ![]() BTW crocodile skins are hell

Skinning crocs is still much better than trying to figure out why some code that should work doesn't work.
