No. Bears are very territorial and can't be combined with other species of bear, while the bear would kill anything else mixed with it for territory or if not fed properly, food

Red foxes can be combined with grizzly bears before as long as the foxes can get a separate place that the bears can't get to

Are there any specific parks you're referring to? I've never seen this combination and would love to check it out

They do it in a couple places, Veszprem Zoo, Bear Country USA, Natur- und Tierpark Goldau.

Olmense zoo has Hudson wolves together with Eurasian brown bears, too. (Very large bear individuals even).

I know this is a really weird combo but could feral Goats, Bison, and Blackbuck be combined safely?

Pull my finger!

It should be fine, AFAIK if bison can be kept with other hoofstock (of course with caution), then I don't see why not though it'd be a bizarre combo indeed

Can orcas be kept with beluga whales? or any other cetacean

I wouldn't think so. Orcas not only recquire a ton of space, but are carnivorous and are known to gang up on other, larger ceteceans.

Would it be a problem to keep I'iwi, Akapola'au, Aakohekohe, Akikiki, Palila, Maui Parrotbill and Po'ouli together?

I was planning to do that as well but some of them are so endangered if they catch a disease, it could be tragic

If you used fish eating orcas, yes, but it would need an extremeley MASSIVE tank and the animals would require so much care that it's almost impossible for any real zoo or aquarium.

I know these will be weird combos but can I combine:
-European Starling and Common Pheasant
-Red-lored Amazon, House Sparrow, Mourning Dove, Northern Mockingbird, Indian Peafowl, and House Finch?
