I personally haven't seen mandrills combined, but the slightly smaller drill is combined in Bioparc Valencia with talapoins, DeBrazza's monkeys, pelicans, sitatungas and pygmy hippos. Maybe that helps? |

After a quick google I have found mandrills held with mona monkeys and pygmy hippos. I think that any large tree dwelling old world monkey could work though. |

I'm not sure about this combination: dwarf mongoose, klipspringer, cape hyrax. What do you think? Could I do this one? |

I think that's fine. I've seen Klipspringers with Cape hyrax in Valencia and I doubt dwarf mongooses would really cause trouble. |

San Diego keeps Dwarf Mongoose with their Klipspringers, I think it would work. |

Thanks both of you. My biggest worry was wether the mongoose would be a risk for the hyrax babies but the dwarf mongoose are maybe too small. But just to make sure I'll build separation cages anyway. |

I'm wondering if it is possible to combine Bongos with Pygmy Hippopotamus and Ring-tailed Lemur. |

They're not actually combined, all three (Cape Hyrax/Dwarf Mongoose/Klipspringers) are rotated. |

I think it would be great to combine these two Sulawesi's animals: Anoa and Maleo Bird. And how about group of Capybaras with River Dolphins? |

Are you sure? Because I vividly remember seeing at least one mongoose alongside the Klipspringers

I think the first combo can work as long as the Maleo are able to escape the Anoa if the Anoa get too aggressive. It'd probably require an aviary tho but the Anoa would definitely fit in a large or medium sized one, I think Antwerp is making an aviary with Buffalo inside of it. However I am not an expert so I am probably wrong. The second combo wouldn't work since the River Dolphins would likely harass and/or injure the Capybaras. Again I could be wrong on this tho. Could Cape Buffalo and Nile Lechwe be combined? |

I know it may sound risky but can I combine Hamadryas baboon and Barbary sheep and (I guess) have a separated exhibit for offsprings ?

Budapest Zoo has that combination, so I guess it should work. |
