Yes, I've seen a similar combination with grey seals instead of the harbor seals. I doubt it wouldn't work with harbor seals. ;)

Denver Zoo has their harbor seals with sea lions.

I wouldn't be so sure about sea turtles.
They have been combined with dugongs before, and and it didn't always end well because the dugongs acted aggressively and harrassed some of them.

Also, according to the same husbandry manual for dugong I read, stingray are a no (I guess because of the chance of injuring the sirenian if they don't have their barbs clipped) but eagle rays can work. Small non aggressive benthic sharks liek Port Jackson's can work too.
Look up the Columbus Zoo manatee tank, they seem fine in there, maybe Dugongs are faster and were in a smaller enclosure.

@Jannick - I'll take out the goose then, I didn't know that both birds are aggressive to other waterfowl so thanks.

A piece of toast and a terminator.

Do these combinations work-

1. Pronghorn and Bison
2. Dwarf caiman and Green iguana

Also, does anyone know what can live with White-tailed deer and what reptiles can share an exhibit? :)

The first one I know definitely works. I saw the combo at Bear Country in South Dakota.

I'm not entirely sure of the second one though I wouldn't do it personally.

There are lots of reptiles that can share tanks, different cobras can, tortoises are easy to combine, some lizards, you really just have to look it up to find options.

I'm pretty sure the second one works, Antwerp has successfully kept several species of iguana (among which green iguanas) with spectacled caimans.

In Leipzig's Gondwanaland hall are some free-roaming green iguanas and there's also an open crocodile exhibit, no animal was killed so far ;)

What combinations would you recommend for a Florida Manatee?

Depends if it is housed in fresh or salt water.

Depending on the species of cetacean, it might be possible, but I wouldn't do it anyway. Small dolphin species/ribbon seals are rare in zoos, if present at all. Larger cetaceans might harm the seals.

Debating between. I'd like some ideas for either one. Leaning toward Fresh.

In The Netherlands they are being combined with capybaras, ducks and turtles. Also saw them being combined with pelicans, but I think that would suit more if you have a zoo in the same temperature range as their natural environnement, so you can keep them outside.

thinking of making a swamp themed park, would crocodile/alligators and turtles go ok together?. is there anything at all that can share a large indoor enclosure with pythons?. I assume they would eat anything in there with them lol.

Thanks in advance :)
