What species of birds can be combined with nine-banded armadillo?

Hum… It depends on how much you want the exhibit to recreate a specific region of the world or habitat, but I think anything arboreal would be good, as long as the branches and plants are protected from the digging caused by the armadillo.

Small parrots, aracaris, tanagers, etc.

I've got a few combinations in mind, but I would like to get your opinions on them.

- Blond Capuchin & Lowland Paca
- Brazilian Tapir, Brazilian Three-Banded Armadillo & Emperor Tamarin
- Kabomani Tapir, Pacarana
- Capybara & Scarlet Ibis

1- Should be fine
2-I personally wouldn't put tapir with armadillo
3-Again, not sure
4-Capybara are fairly placid so it should be fine. But capybara need to graze and scarlet ibis will escape an open exhibit

I've seen scarlet ibis and capybara combined before in Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. They are in an inside building in an aviary like thing.

I saw Madrid Zoo had them combined with European Moose (single males) and I've found footage of an American zoo where they were combined with Turkey.

I know it's a weird combo but could I combine Proboscis Monkey and Babirusa?

Normally I would say yes, but for this specific monkey species I would say no. Proboscis Monkeys are not common in captivity and that is with a good reason. They are hard too keep outside Asia (they seem to die very quickly) so I wouldn't combine them with other species to prevent stress caused by the Babirusas.

Could I combine Green Tree Python and Philippine Sailfin Lizards?
Yes, as long as you keep the snake full. Besides, green tree pythons only go after warm blooded animals unless in danger of starvation.
@ZT2FR, I see no major problems with behavior, so they should be fine together, even if weird on geography.
