Rhinoceros iguanas can be a good combo. Most other things would either eat the coconut crabs, would not be in a suitable habitat, or would get hurt by the crabs. Of course you'do have to expand the enclosure to a larger size to accommodate the iguanas.

Could Red-Flanked Duikers and Yellow-Backed Duikers live together?

I wouldn't. Duikers are easily stressed, so they might see each other as a threat

What other fishes can be paired with Blacktip Reef Sharks? I've seen Humphead Wrasse and a Zebra Shark at the Shedd but I can't remember what else they had, although I'd like to know a few other species for inspiration's sake.

Barracuda should work.

And I guess also Whitetip Reef Sharks, Grey Reef Sharks and Nurse Sharks.

History is indeed little more than the register of the crimes, follies, and misfortunes of mankind.

I would say no, Because some sharks prey on other sharks

I've seen them with Cownose rays and Morays.

Is there a risk of hybridization with Chilean teal/Bronze-winged duck ?

If yes , could I combine Chilean teal with Black-headed duck ?

I've seen a blacktip reef shark combined with zebra shark before, so it may work.

I don't think they would hybridize but don't quote me on that. So they should be fine

Blacktip Reef Shark can be combined with pretty much every fish or shark that doesn't eat them (aka larger sharks like great hammerhead, bull shark and so on, or giant groupers in the case of baby sharks), the only issue you should worry about is that the tank you have will be fine for the species you want to put with them (usually that rules out very small fishes because shark tanks are rather big and small fishes might be less noticeable in there, especially if they get stressed and stay hidden most of the time).
Sea Turtles also go fine with them.

Well the Blacktip Reef Sharks aren't the problem in the combination here. I've seen Nurse Sharks being combined with different smaller sharks, so they would be 100% a go for me. What I've read Whitetip Reef Sharks aren't hunting on other sharks as well (like the Blacktip Reef Sharks they are preying (is that a proper English word) on smaller bony fish. Same thing goes for the Grey Reef Sharks.
