This was just posted by the AZA Ungulate Tag group, which shows all the successful and unsuccessful hoofstock combinations. Really good resource to look at when using hoofstock in your zoos.

Also, is there a place where maybe this site can be "tagged" for future reference for other members?

Thanks for that! I've added it to the first post, so new people can use it for future reference. ;)
That's all we really have to post "resources" like this in, however. That might perhaps make for an interesting feature in the future!

Are collared aracari safe to exhibit alongside tanagers in a mixxed species aviary? I know larger toucans occasionally snack on small birds so I thought I'd ask if this combo would work or not.

Go for it! I've seen a bunch of aracari species kept together with small passerines ;)

Can I place anything with Giant Otters? I was preferably looking for a mainly terrestrial mammal due to the exhibit.

They'd very likely kill it given they're extremely aggressive, hence their whole being called "river wolves". I suppose monkeys could work but you'd likely end up with a Bronx Zoo situation... again.

No Giant Otters for me, then. Thanks, bro <3

The only things I know are combined with giant otters are silvery marmosets and I believe white-faced sakis in Leipzig, where they have a very extensive and well-planted canopy (so thick that the monkeys were impossible to see :P). I don't think any terrestrial mammals (besides maybe tapirs/hippos/rhinos/elephants?) would work well.

I think in doue la fontaine keeps them with a selection of monkeys (white-faced saki, two species of spider monkeys, squirrel monkeys etc...)

Would anyone be interested to cooperate in creating a list with not so common combinations of species? Most people know that you can combine Ostriches with Zebras, but I think less people know you can combine African Elephants with Red River Hogs or that Gorillas can be kept with Guenons and Meerkats.
