I wouldn't do it. The hippos are shy and slow and the otters are curious and fast. I think the hippos could become way too stressed in that situation.

I'd do it. Hippos don't really stress easily, and while otters are curious they really won't go around harassing or attacking hippos. Otters have been succesfully kept with much smaller and rarer hoofstock, so I don't see why this combination wouldn't work.

A lot.

Rhinos (at least White), Giraffes, Gazelles, Kudus, Elands, Wildebeests, Hippopotamus (I've seen that in larger safari exhibits), Elephants and so on.

Would Pygmy Hippopotamus be combinable with Spotted-neck Otters?
There aren't any cases of this combination today, but I don't see why not unless it has to do if you plan of reproducing them in the same exhibit.

I've seen Wolf mona's monkey combine with Pygmy Hippopotamus, but the otters may cause depression to the hippos, so it's up to you.

I'd be less concerned about the giant murder monsters being depressed and more concerned about chunks of crushed otter impaling viewers.

I'm building this exhibit that's basically a forested hill, like a large enclosure made around a woodland with pine, poplar and birch trees. In it I plan to put asian black bears but I have a couple of questions. Could a breeding group made out of 1 male and 2 female bears share their exhibit with another animal and if so what kind of animals would be a good choice ?

Hanuman Langurs, Corsac Foxes are species I've found which are done in zoos and you can also go for the traditional combination with wolves.

Here are also some great combinations:

Ravens tend to do well even with more aggressive bears.

Do you have any examples of this? I'm curious to see what an exhibit tailored for both would look like.

Oaklawn Zoo has this. Couldn't find any photos but it was a pretty typical black bear enclosure.

A golden jackal perhaps ? After all they do share a lot of distribution area.

The raven had a name (I forget it) and was definitely contained.

It was very similar to what I've seen for black bears in other places, big chainlink box with some trees and a shelter.
