He probably meant ackie monitor :P
Lol. Yeah, that was my stupidest moment of December. They're a smaller species that are usually pretty nonagressive yet hyper so I was wondering if beardies would work with them.
Ackie is another term for Spiny-Tailed Monitor. NAIB has them with Central Beardies, Shinglebacks, Frilled Lizards and Northern Blue-Tongued

A piece of toast and a terminator.

Can I house the following species in a large biodome:

Baird’s tapir
Capybara
Scarlet ibis
Scarlet macaw
Redtail catfish
Arapaima
Black arowana
Peacock bass
Amazonian manatee
Pacu
Freshwater stingrays

Are there any other species I could put in, specifically reptiles and birds?

I wouldn't recommend putting the stingrays in an area where they could possibly be trampled or spooked by animals. Most of the fish species you have in that biodome are tough and resilient, but stingrays are pretty delicate species. And with arapaimas, I would only add large, aquatic reptiles like arrau turtles and if you have shallow areas, matamata turtles.

What if I sectioned off the area with the stingrays with some natural barrier, such as rocks?

Yup, I have seen similar combos. Just make sure the exhibit is huge, of course.

Depends on the subspecies. If you're going with an NA ssp. I'd recommend cranes (whooping or sandhills), small waterfowl and other deer (North American reds for example). For SA ssp. go with tapirs other other deer (marsh). Just make sure there is no chance of hybridization.

Wild turkeys cohabitate well with the more mild mannered deer species.

Could I successfully combine henodus and enchodus? What else would you recommend, especially among extinct species?

Wouldn't do that combo because different time periods, but other than that I don't think there would be issues, Enchodus shouldn't be harmful to Henodus and fast enough should the reptile try to bite one out of boredom.

Generally speaking any fish around that size or smaller and any herbivorous/shellfish specialized reptiles should work fine. When keeping fish in mixed species tanks it's generally expected that a fish or two will occasionally get eaten, but if kept well fed most predatory fish won't kill off smaller fish outright.

Something like Placodus, or even some of the smaller ichthyosaurs might be a good choice.
