@Casey 1- For me the firt combination is possible but watch male giraffes in rute period can become aggresive
2-No, the species is not in the same biome
3-No, For the same reason of the second proposition
4-The two animals is arboricoles animals but is not the same biome (Temperate forest for the koala and
Tropical forest for the Tree Kangaroo
5-Even thinking that for the first, is possible but watch out
6-Is completely possible, this would still be possible if it were an Limpopo Sable Antelope.
7-No because i think the fighting between the monkeys and the turkey is possible.
8-No, Turkey and dogs (Prey and Predator)
9-No, is not the same biome
10-Is not the same biome

For me the 1st,the 5th and the 6th is possible and for the 4th we should find a species of tree kangaroo that lives in the temperate forest most of them lives in tropical forest (After this is only my reflection for the other it will not be the same and it's always good to propose, congratulations for these ideas)

Since when are biomes the primary reason as to what works and what doesn't? I've seen an aviary with Tree Kangaroo and Ducks, among many other species, I'm sure it would function the same way if there were Swans instead of Ducks. When animals don't meet each other, they don't generally have problems with each other either.

plus they are on the same continent and I'm sure they've probably seen each other in the wild before

A vast majority of animals are neutral to the grassland biome (which I see used most)
And if it's one of the odd exceptions editing the animal's biome needs is supposedly very simple.

Plus, I don't think this topic is really primarily about what animals fit together ingame, as opposed to how the combination would function in real life.

ZT2 isn't really all that great with realism ;)

Can I place the Cape buffalo and the Masai giraffe in the same exhibit? I know the Cape buffalo are aggresive, but with one male - so no competition - and a large exhibit is it possible?

If it's not possible, are their any other (known) combinations with the Cape buffalo?

Rhinos and Cape buffalos don't seem to work :P

Yeah don't worry about it. So long as there's plenty of room you're good. I've seen that combo before.

King of the Punsters, Khaleesi of the Great roundtable, Breaker of Silence, and Father of Puns.

chimpanzees should be alone with their own kind.... they do not get along with other animals as much as their own kind and congo buffalo will fit right in with zebra's, antelopes, birds etc

I was thinking of making a big aquarium with Whale sharks as the main attraction. I wanted to combine them with other animals though. Which do you think will fit?

I was already thinking of Manta rays and Great barracudas. But I want to place more animals together, do you have any ideas?

I had a list, with possibilities I have thought about:
- Atlantic Tarpon
- Leopard shark
- Green sea turtle

I know they can't be all placed together, but what would be a good mix?

I was thinking, without the turtles, all the animals can be placed together right?

Also, I would like to add a dolphin species, any possibilities?

Keep the doplhins out.
Leopard sharks could also be problematic, since whale sharks prefer warmer water than the average leopard shark.
I'd suggest you to look at the Ocean Voyager exhibit at the Georgia Aquarium (their site has a list with the animals in it) to have some inspiration.

Thank you. If I may believe them, I can make a combination with:

- Whale shark
- Blacktip reef shark
- Guitarfish
- Manta ray
- Sandbar shark
- Spotted wobbegong

Or I will go for my own combination:

- Whale shark
- Manta ray
- Great barracuda
- Atlantic tarpon

You should be able to do both at the same time.
I'd suggest adding more bony fishes like groupers, humphead wrasses and trevallys that can make the exhibit feel more alive.
