Otters are vicious so no.

Otters are vicious but won't do anything to a bird twice as large and twice as vicious. I'd say the biggest issue with that exhibit would be if either species have offspring, other than that I actually don't think there is any issue with it. Both species have access to many spots where the other species can't reach them.

I wouldn't do it anyways however, very weird and risky combination.

That's the first thing that came to mind as an example, but I know it won't work. What I meant is, is there any combinations that could be with 2 different predators in the same exhibit? I know that crows and some eagles/vultures can be combined together, but both animals have to be predators.

Except for cold-blooded animals, the only predatory combination that comes to my mind right now is California sea lion and harbour seal.
Some zoos have combined eurasian predators like lynxes, bears, wolves and wolverines, but it's highly risky.

Well, combinations between Bird of Prey are also easy to pull of. Pretty much all old world vultures can be mixed together without any problems and are also commonly seen with birds like Crowned Crane, Hamerkop, Marabou Stork or Ground Hornbills.

Then you have the classical Pelican/Cormorant combinations, which is easy to pull off with pretty much any species present in captivity. Or you go for a penguin exhibit, that are also pretty much all combinable with each other, and in some cases I've seen penguins combined with Terns, Sea Lions and/or Pelicans.

If you mean something other than birds... Sharks are also easy to combine with one another.

And I think you could also possibly get away with a smallish Crocodile species together with, say, Otters, but I'm not really sure.

And, well, someone mentioned Orca/Bottlenose Dolphin earlier, which I honestly doubt could work but if it has been done that obviously proves me wrong.

The term "predators" is just so wide and diverse, I'm sure there's countless other combinations possible that we just can't think of right now.

I've seen dwarf crocs and small caimans combined with snapping turtles or large fish like RT catfish and Pacu.

I don't see why not, Warthogs can be aggressive, but not towards Giraffes.

I don't think that it would be a big problem. But if you want to breed, I think it's better to keep them alone.

I'd be careful with 1. Warthogs can be aggressive.
