I don't know about the hippo or the monkey but the lechwe and the crane are ok with either the lovebirds or the parrot. I wouldn't combine the lovebirds and the parrot though.

Hippo and diana monkey should be fine, too. In Leipzig there are living dwarf hippopotamus and diana monkey together ;)
If you want to build sth like the Hippodome in Cologne then it's completely ok to have free-roaming birds like lovebirds or parrots. I think there can live also a few more bird species.

Giraffe, rhino and Ostrich could work, but I'd keep the duikers/dikdiks alone, they are shy animals and could get scared or even hurt by the larger herbivores.

Otters and crocs ? Bad idea.

What about Pigmy Hippos and Ringtailed Lemurs ? I know they don't live together in the wild, but there were pigmy hippos in Madagascar once.

Dik-Dik could potentially be added if they have a space to hide; Even though they are shy, they aren't that rarely combined with larger species and would just stay out of their way.

Dwarf hippos and Ring-tailed lemurs could work, but do know that Ring-tailed lemur live in a very scrubby environment with very little water. I believe another lemur, perhaps either Ruffed Lemur could work a lot better.

Dik-dik would work far better in that combination, they're less shy and like Vision explained they'd just stay out of the way.

I don't see the problem with the otter and gharial combination. Gharials are shy and reserved while Otters are more playful. The only concern I could see is moving the young gharials and eggs to a separate enclosure or building so the otters don't eat them.

The otters would stress the Gharial. And possibly mob it.

Gemsbok for me middle-middle (french expression to say i don't really think but it's possible) because he lives in a Semi-Desert area but you can i suggest Arabian Horses and Scimitar Horned Oryx.
