Neither of them are nocturnal. Aye-ayes and Bamboo lemurs have been done before. Mouse lemurs (although none are in game) would also work.

Well, domestic rabbits aren't too difficult usually and may be kept with other animals in the same size range (or slightly smaller) such as guinea pigs or chickens.
Wild rabbits/hares on the other hand tend to be rather stress-prone and are easily startled, so I wouldn't recommend mixing them, at least not with anything larger than they are. Smaller birds could work, though.
