I'd keep squirrels away from Howlers, the latter is just too big and it could cause troubles. Not sure about spider monkeys. |

Cologne Zoo has White-faced sakis, Yellow-breasted capuchins, Golden lion tamarins and Saddleback tamarins together with their Red howler monkeys (Multiple seperate exhibits, though I believe there were Howlers in every one of them), so I don't think Squirrel monkeys would really be too much of an issue. I don't know if Red howlers are comparable with Black howlers, however. |

Are there any combinations that could work in a freshwater tank with nine-spine sticklebacks? |

I'm not sure if we have species from the same environment, but in case we do, I'd say small, non aggressive species, and only if you have enough space because sticklebacks can be very mean, especially when it's nesting time. |

Woodland Park Zoo has Ring-tailed and Red-ruffed lemurs in one exhibit. Not sure on the mongoose. |

1- Indian rhino and deer could work, not sure about the gaurs. I know a zoo kept rhinos and bantengs, but all rhinos were females. 2- not sure, especially because the elephants would simply steal the attention. 3- possible, but wonbats are exceptionally mean so be careful. 4- I think it has been done before. 5- should be, although I don't remember the specific needs of colobus. 6- should be possible too. |

Not sure about the salamander with the others, IIRC they come from mountain streams and it would require colder water than those fish. |

Hello, I was wondering which animals may share an exhibit with a couple of Amazon River Dolphin: due of its rarity in captivity I do not think there are previous in this sense. Excluding obviously fish of small and medium size, there may be problems with freshwater giants like Arapaima and Pacu? Oh, I have another questione ![]() There are aquatic plants that can resist the appetite of a manatee? Thx in advance! |

Dolphins are risky with other animals. But here's a basic list of animals that can be in the same space with dolphins: None. Because, amazon river dolphins are too rare in collections, and like any dolphin, they are aggressive to any other animal in the area. Manatees, fish (of any size), otters, caimans, even turtles. But... you can still put animals in the vicinity of the tank. Above the water you can have macaws or monkeys that can only cross over the tank, and almost unnoticeable barriers between dolphins and land animals. About the Manatees. If they won't eat it, then it may be harmful to them, which is bad for management. But I'm not a botanist, or an oceanographer, so don't take my word. |

These all look good except I've heard gaur are too aggressive to share an exhibit with anything |
