It depends. Some cows are aggressive too, being matriarchs. |

Joe remember the three words rules ![]() And just to be sure, I would never put together any of the big five (or six if you include hippo), there's a reason if they are so famous. |

Hard to tell since they are extinct, but I think that the ornithomimosaurids will be good. the proto and the micro I don't think so cause they lived in different time preiods, and oviraptorosaurids are sometimes eat their own youngs, so I don't think it will be good. |

I know certain zoos that have put rhinos and hippos together along with other hoofstock. I however am not a fan of putting hippos in with tons of savannah animals because of their aggresive nature. Regarding African elephants, these guys have been put in alongside other savannah animals a couple of times (there are even two zoos housing them with giraffes). However, unless an animal is much faster than elephants (and as long as those fast guys have an enclosure where they can escape their giant neighbors), I'd be careful. I know in the case of Dallas Zoo it took quite some time to let a couple of elephant cows (elephant bulls is something I'd advice against) adjust to the other animals. There is one combination with elephants I really like though, my (more or less) local safaripark keeps hamydras baboons alongside their elephants. The elephants are kept in with big wire fences (a bit like OL's ingame) which the baboons can pass (by going underneath the wires). The baboons have a big rock where they can sit (which the elephants can't reach) and the entire enclosure used to be surrounded by a moat filled with water (no idea what it's like nowadays, they have renovated it and I haven't been there for a while). In Olmen (Belgium), they have an elephant exhibit in the savannah exhibit, this way the antelopes kept in can easily enter it but the giraffes and elephants remain seperated. So if you really want to show a lot of savannah animals alongside each other, I'd say this would work best. Finally, regarding rhinos: when using rhinos in a savannah combi you should use white rhinos rather than black rhinos. Black rhinos are much more agressive than white rhinos. Even to their own kind. White rhinos are often kept in groups in captivity, whereas black rhinos are mostly kept solitary (save for mating, also note how I say mostly: not all zoos keep them solitary). Also: ![]() One of my favourite combos. Edited by Thierry Baudet, Dec 11 2014, 12:32 PM.

This sounds new to me, I remember embryos of other dinos found in Oviraptorid nests but no cannibalism proof ... Jasper: are guineafowls a bad idea to put in black rhinos exhibits ? Edited by Furka, Dec 11 2014, 12:45 PM.

Meh they are so small and are much faster (and can also turn much easier) than rhinos. I don't think it should be a problem. @fridooh: Yeah it's from Boras. Edited by Thierry Baudet, Dec 12 2014, 01:50 AM.
