To Be honest the large animals might be startled by the foxes and might see them as a threat

A piece of toast and a terminator.

Is there anything I can mix with Moray eels (specifically green and brown ones)?

Green morays I've seen kept with nurse sharks, and sea turtles along with medium sized fish.

At Genoa's aquarium, when they had the Caribbean Reef tank, they had Green Morays, and they shared the tank with Goliath Grouper, Green Sea Turtle, Nurse Shark, Barracuda, a stingray which I don't remember, French/Grey angelfish, Queen Triggerfish and some smaller fishes (lookdown, porkfish ...)

Actually it depends on the animal in question. American Bison have been combined with Black Bears so why can't they be combined with foxes, which have been combined with larger predators.

I think it usually works. Just make sure the foxes have enough spaces to hide and the Ungulate's calf have a safe place or are too big for the foxes. (I heard of a german zoo, who had polar foxes and caribous... Well, until the foxes moved out, there have been no caribou-calfs.)

I have some questions myself, wether the following combinations would work:
1) Drill + Congo Buffalo (Male Buffalos only)
2) Congo Buffalo + Red River Hog + Collared Mangabey
3) Red River Hog + Lowland Gorilla + Collared Mangabey
4) Lowland Gorilla + Collared Mangabey
5) Lowland Gorilla + Congolese Otter
6) Pygmy Hog + Collared Mangabey

All of those should work, except maybe the last, not entirely sure how the pigs would react to the monkeys. Pygmy hogs don't live in the same area though :P

All except last wouldn't really have any issues, wouldn't do last though, combining carnivores is rarely ever a good idea.

Could I combine elegant-crested tinamous, pudus and guanacos? Or would it be better to leave the guanacos out?

I would leave the guanacos out. They would steal attention from the other animals.

Pull my finger!

I guess pudu and tinamou could be put together, but like what Burns said, save the guanacos for maybe with rhea, capybara, etc.

Detroit has a guanaco, capybara, rhea, peccary and screamer mixed enclosure.

I don't really know why you'd put in Budgie, as they're not from the same continent, but overall I don't see anything up with that combination. African Grey Parrot is an odd one too.

I wouldn't put anything with Northern River Otters personally... they're jerks.
