From what I've found they have only been combined with otters so far but if you made the exhibit fully covered like this....![]() Then you might be able to add birds like cockatoos and lories. |

I'd say Malawi or Tanganika lakes ones. Othrwise you could go with the few tilapias we have (blue and mozambique) |

I suppose you could. I just wouldn't keep the ducklings in with them. |

The main problem would be territoriality. Both cranes and geese can be very aggresive while nesting and raisons youngs. |

I don't think they would be eaten although they could be killed. They are pretty fragile. |

I imagine unless the exhibit had some ginormous flock that the cranes could just be moved away when the geese were nesting. I've never see more than four or five large storks or cranes in an exhibit IRL |

Cranes in zoos are usually held in pairs, or very rarely in bachelor groups. I've seen them combined with a veritable smörgåsbord of waterfowl species, which seemed to be breeding just fine. I'd be careful with particularly aggressive species such as shelducks/sheldgeese, but that's more for the sake of the cranes

Broad Snouteds get quite a bit bigger. I wouldn't mix them, personally. For the smaller caiman's safety |

I've seen babirusa and anoa, that definetly should be possible an may it also would be possible with black crested macaques. |

I guess you can, but provide the tortoises with an area with a smaller entry where only they can enter. It will be especially useful to feed them without those big animals eating their greens.
I have seen them mixed with pigeons and herons in an indoor exhibit, but also Oriental Small-clawed Otters in outdoor exhibit. |
