.. lechwe? Congo River?

Anyway I've seen them combined with Crowned Crane, White Stork, and Yellow Billed Stork.

Not really Congo River but they live in Angola (One of the Congo river Part is situated in Angola so well)

Still they're not really a Congo animal, not even a rainforest animal. They're a swamp animal.

If you want something that lives in the forest and is a semi-aquatic antelope, go with Sitatunga.

A piece of toast and a terminator.

Can I mix Mandarin ducks and Red-Brewsted geese?

if you have enough room yes, you don't want breeding geese to get aggressive towards the mandarins (and remember that they need an elevated shelter).

Could I mix a Common sawfish with Chain catsharks?

I wouldn't, the catsharks are too small and would look better in a tank on their own.

TheToastinator: Basically other large fish like other sharks, groupers, carangidae, other rays (but only if you have enough bottom space).

moy: Alligator snapping turtle and guppies.

Like furka said, snappers and small fish.
You could get away with some other turtles too, but adults are effortlessly able to crush their shells if they want to eat them.
