A piece of toast and a terminator.

Is there anything I can mix with Black arowanas?

The average large amazonian fish should work (arapaima, RT catfish, pacu, stingray). If you don't care about location, you could throw other predators like gars, just make sure they can't eat the arowana.
And there's manatees too.

Ring tailed lemurs can be combined with other things. Birds such as the madagascar ibis will work as long as eggs are collected after laying them. They could also be combined with other lemur species.

Can the following species live peacefully together-

Whale shark
Sandbar shark
Zebra shark
Wobbegong
Manta ray
Spotted Eagle ray
Humphead wrasse

Is there anything else I can add with them? Note- The tank will be HUGE (Think the one at the Georgia Aquarium but a bit smaller).

Well, I used to keep mine with 2 female Dwarf gourami, a school of 8-12 Harlequin rasboras and 5 Hara jerdoni, and that worked out.

Either way, only have one male Betta or a few females, otherwise they get very aggressive. I wouldn't combine them with anything that has long fins, or has a tendency to bite long fins, because injuries can and will happen.

And the temperament of a Siamese Fighting Fish toward other species varies a lot depending on each individual. I had many over the years. Some were just placid and mixed well in community tank, others were just bully. One of mine even harassed small cichlids... And he survived to tell the tale. He ended up in a small planted tank all of his own. ;)

Capuchin monkeys are rather aggressive, so no, but smaller primates would work if there is a larger space.
