Because they are endangered (af). And they are small. Something that is fragile in numbers as well as size shouldn't be kept with anything else. Especially something bigger or more aggressive than it.

I don't know why you would even try that, they come from completely different places, and pandas would raid the birds nest anyway. |

@Furka: Firstly I didn't know red pandas ate birds eggs and I like unusual combinations. Don't destroy creativity @Burns: Yes they live in similar places Edited by Dylan, Nov 27 2015, 02:56 PM.

1. Like I said, small monkeys (marmosets, tamarins, etc.), as long as they're in an exhibit that can let the toucans have privacy. 2. I would say so, just manage them so no hybrids could happen. Edited by Consultant, Nov 29 2015, 09:27 PM.

What shark species can you mix together that would live in a tank, like at some aquariums in real life? I have obessional ocean pack and got many new sharks. I tried a couple already and they seem to keep killing each other... |

You probably made the exhibit in a way that gets them angry, perhaps too small or not enough food. Anyway, some of the most common species are sandbar, sand tiger, blacktip reef, whitetip reef, nurse and zebra, and they all should get along fine. if your tank is alrge enough, you can include wobbegongs and hammerheads. Horn shark + leopard shark is another nice ombo to represent the west coast. |

Orangutans could be kept with them. It's not realistic location speaking but I suppose that would work. Also I appreciate the attitude your giving me when I'm taking the time to give you my honest opinion. It really means a lot. [end sarcasm]

Probably a stupid question, because it has to do with extinct animals. What could live peacefully with a Platecarpus? |

Anything big enough not to fit in it's mouth. Not really though. Ammonites maybe, but realistically the Platecarpus would just bonk them around if they couldn't eat them which isn't much of a life for the things. Maybe some very large fish but there's very few that aren't dangerous. Edited by Admiral General Aladeen, Nov 29 2015, 08:17 PM.
