What can I combine pork tapeworms with?

Eh not much, considering the rather troublesome housing conditions required for them.
You could try putting another animal in there, but it would likely be unpleasant for every part involved, especially if it's a big or spiky animal.

A weird random guy.

Is it weird that we're combining insects?? I would say Black and Brown Widow.

Watusi, Dromedary and Zebra would work, but I think just the combination of Watusi and Dromedary in an African village-themed area would suit the species better, perhaps together with Somali black-headed sheep, guineafowl, African pygmy or Boer goats, or Chickens.

Guys, remember this isn't a spam forum, please refrain from posting "tapeworms" and the like, thank you.

I'm fairly sure things like Harbor seals could probably be combined with them, but on a side note I'd just say keep them in their own exhibit, they're too special to just throw in with something.

IIRC belugas have been kept with porpoises.

If you have the right type of exhibit large new world monkeys can be kept with them (Sakis, Howler Monkeys, and Uakaris)

^That's still pretty risky though :P

I don't think you can keep anything with giant otters and be 100% certain it's safe.

Maybe Amazonian manatees but those two species are interesting enough on their own.

After having seen a video of eurasian otters killing a langur... dont combine giant otters with anything.

These were short-clawed otters, the smallest species of otters. I think it is possible to hold giant otters together with new-world monkeys, the building just needs to be really high and have a lot of climbing structures. I really wouldn't combine them with manatees, manatees are big, yes, but they haven't anything to protect themselves from a group of giant otters, they can kill caimans and even humans.

To those who were wondering I was referring to the Leipzig Zoo. They have sakis with giant otter. But like I said you need the right kind of exhibit for it.
