You could make an exhibit with part land and put like spectacled bears or some larger ungulate on the land.

I wouldn't do that since giant otters also use the land part and they could injure the bears or any ungulate. In my opinion the only possibility are strictly arboreal animals.

Latest wacky combo: Black caimans and giant otters. Thoughts?

The giant otters are all female so they can't produce offspring.

A piece of toast and a terminator.

Is there any reef fish I can mix with Green Sea turtles and Kemp's Ridley Sea turtles?

@Dylan Don't risk it, the caimans will probably be shred to bits sooner or later.

Caimans can mess em up pretty bad too.
Not safe or sensible.

I would not do the combination, unless it has been proven to work and be safe for both of the animals. The otters and caiman would probably just fight with each other.

Just imagine the screaming, chaos, blood, defecation, devastation, possible lawsuits, and the scarred, traumatized souls of young zoo guests.

I've heard of some zoos combining certain snakes and dart frogs. Would it work usually or does occasionally an unlucky frog gets eaten?

My local zoo (Denver) does that with Fer-De-Lance. I think the snake's instincts kick in not to eat the frogs. So you could do that.

Yeah, this dude known as Viperkeeper on the internet went on a special tour to Denver and they showed a Fer-De-Lance with a few dart frogs in the enclosure.

Wild Bothrops occasionally eat frogs, probably when very young though.
I don't see why a 3 foot snake would be interested in a small frog however, so with adult snakes it'll work probably.

Say it I had some Fallow Deer in a large enclosure, and two water buffalo in with them, and then had room to get away from each other, and places for them to feed separately, do you think they'd get along? Because I'd just assume they'd get used to each other after a while. Even if it doesn't geologically make sense. It's NC Animal Haven, we don't mind if it geologically doesn't make sense.

It'd work. I'd recommend a small area with wooden posts placed so that the deer can go in and out but the buffalo can't.

Also it's geographically :P
