You should fix the normals on the trees for better shading. The red aspen either lacks MIPmaps or your postprocessing adds really strong noise artifacts. Did you add the wind effect to the models? Depending on how high-res the models are, LODs might be worth considering. Even if you just import things, please at least take the time to do it properly instead of churning downloads out ASAP. |

- I'm working on the shadings right now. - I enabled mipmaps (in Blender) for all the trees, but it doesn't really seem to have any effect in-game. - I was just about to PM you to ask about the wind effects. Could you show me how to do it via PM? Thanks.-

Generating MIPmaps in blender doesn't help, the MIPmaps have to be in the DDS file, so open the DDS and save it with MIPmaps enabled. No need to do that really, as Yukon just explained it here.

The latest BFB scripts for the new blender add LODs automatically, so the tutorial is obsolete.
