A piece of toast and a terminator.

LOVE those ferns. Quick question- does the terrain overlay replace the biome's color and stuff or just cover the texture like a regular terrain overlay?

It's just a regular terrain overlay that covers the ground with detail. :)

I'll release it in a few minutes.

Sorry i'm a bit confused. Is it just the texture or does that grass in on the right come with this?

Its just the terrain overlay. The grass is strictly PU.

...However, since it's a good idea, I might consider making a (Skyrim imported grass) zdetail. ;)

Attempt to make (Skyrim imported) zdetail #1:

-too noisy.

-lag bc of high res texture.

-texture is looks good, though. needs color editing to match biome.

Those ferns, the ones in clusters, look kinda textureless. Like a solid colour with an alpha channel. :/

No, it's not.

It's probably the mipmaps that make it look less detailed. I'll disable it.

Don't disable mipmaps, it gives ugly artifacts. Rather create them with a sharpening filter! DDS plugins usually have an option to configure the filter used to create mipmaps. ;)

Found it.

What would be the suggested settings I should set the sharpening filter to?
