Hello guys and girls and welcome to my personal projects topic ![]() My first Mod So first up is my Tasmanian Devil I made this back in 2010 and posted my progress on ZTDC way back when (kind of embarrassed by my terrible grammar and spelling ;D) I know the texturing wasn't great but I can always improve on it another time if it is requested to be improved So here's the in game shot: Spoiler: click to toggle The variation skins: Variations And from NifScope: Screenshot Download Link! My Second Mod Now this one is lost at this time but I am working at getting it back, managed to model a platypus and made 2 different extinct species from the main model one was a Obdurodon dicksoni and the other was a Steropodon Planned Project 3 (Under way) My next 'planned' project the Thylacinus potens or Powerful Thylacine of which I planned back in 2010 after my first 2 projects, has became a thing and is almost kind of done. So here's is the preview of the "finished" model with working skin. Spoiler: click to toggle Oh and one quick thing would you believe this model started from a cube? ![]() Future Projects? It has been a while since creating anything for ZT2 but if there is a team looking for modellers and or skinners (though I'm not too great *improved since my first attempt -see tasmanian devil-*) i would be willing to help out I'm also good with code LUA mostly but I can relearn the language used in ZT2 easily (its HTML if I'm not mistaking?) So don't be afraid to PM me requesting me to join a team Or if you have any request don't be afraid to either PM with your request Also do you want the D/L links for my models to be posted? I liked your projects. Because it has Thylacines. And they don't have enough love.

You know, LUA sounds interesting, it's also used in ZT2 for campaign and scenario logic. There are uncompiled LUA files in African Adventure which could be interesting to work with, all the others are compiled to binary. |

As Hendrix said, LUA sounds interesting. I am looking forward to see how your Thylacinus will look. |

Well here is a small preview then ![]() ![]() So this is just a low poly version of the model with the reference in the back, I have yet to make the legs just thought I would make some of it while I had the time Obviously stuff are subject to change like the jaw but that will be more towards the finalisations |

OMGomg Yes!!!! It needed it's own unique model soo much!! I know this is the Powerful Thylacine, but even with this model, it can still be scaled down for a T. cynocephalus. You have no idea how much this made my day! I can't wait!

Well if my memory serves me the Thylacinus potens was estimated to be about 5% - 10% larger then Thylacinus cynocephalus so not really too much difference most of the difference is within its body 'type' as T. potens was supposedly more robust while T. cynocephalus was quite sleek, but I can make it happen i want to get this done and released hopefully by Christmas but I cannot guarantee, as getting the rig from the old thylacine may prove difficult.

They didn't use a .nif model for MM and EA they used an encoded .bfb file, I have a few ideas to try and get the rig otherwise adding my own rig and animations will be hell
