I would be able to do this but it would need a ton of alpha channels around the tail, and I fail at making those. Any more suggestions? If not I'll just try my best for the polecat ![]() EDIT: I'm gonna do a black-footed ferret Any idea of which model to use?

I would suggest using Hendrix's Pine Marten model found in Carnivora but if that dosen't work out then a normal meerkat model should sufice although it could be a little off. As for suggestions would you try and make a painted turtle, here's a reference pic: Spoiler: click to toggle

I was looking through the Carnivora animals and I didn't see a Pine Marten... only mongooses (mongeese?) and their heads are too long and their ears too small. I can try to do a Painted Turtle on the side as well, though

The Carnivora mink worked out quite good for our domestic ferret, so you might try that one for your black-footed ferret. |

I looked at both and the Pine Marten seemed better, 'cause it had larger ears. Here's a render of the WIP I'm gonna fix the blending in the legs, and of course add a tail and a head

Wow, the ferret looks very good. Is it allowed to say a minor critique. The dark parts could be smoother in the change. But on the black on the back looks nicely. |

~UPDATE~ Spoiler: click to toggle Fixed the blending in the legs, made the black on the back a little lighter, and added a face and tail. Now I need someone to code it. Any volunteers? EDIT: BTW, since I never completely understood the whole PD-PU thing ( ), can someone tell me if I need HENDRIX's permission to release it?
