Instead of lifting generic fur textures and then coloring them, why not lift your rat/mouse skin directly from photos of the real animal?

For the parts of the skin the species-specific photos don't cover, you can just use generic mouse photos and adjust the color levels until they match. Just follow your UVMap and piece it all together like a puzzle.

Borneo isn't a country but this is pretty cool. Thank you for supplying us with so many animals and opening up opportunities for new designers.

I believe those two have been done before. Several people have done the Sunda clouded leopard before and the Bornean orang is the default species in the Endangered Species pack. Oddly enough no one (as far as I know) has done the mainland clouded leopard species and I think I will do it for Cambodia.

Tyranachu has an excellent re-skin for the orangutan that makes the Blue-Fang one look almost as good as if it was a Radical remake model. Until RR's orang comes out it's your best bet for a decent looking Bornean Orangutan.

I did indeed, but Tamara is free to make her own version. Designers overlap all the time. I'd have no problem with it; the animal doesn't belong to me. :)

I made Neofelis nebulosa, as opposed to Neofelis diardi, the Sunda Clouded Leopard.
