They all come as separate .z2f files so you can choose which you want to add and which you don't. I quite like the packs except their skins are a bit blurry or too coarse at times. |

This isn't related to Countries of the World, but I have made a hack for Tamara's old Steppetundra biome that converts it into the new system so it may still be usable. But, on the subject of Countries of the World, I have decided to do a country that is quite large. It's already been done, but I feel like it could use even more animals. What is this country? You may have guessed it: the United States! I'm pleased to reveal the CINNAMON BEAR! ![]() I think this is my best skin yet, don't you guys? It's main biome is Boreal Forest, but it's also compatible with Montane, Cold Desert, and Semi-desert. Additionally, I read while doing my research that this species was historically preyed upon by large carnivorous megafauna such as Smilodon, so it is also compatible with Steppetundra if you want to recreate the prehistoric American landscape.

Tamara Henson already made a USA pack for COTW, but i guess a 2nd one is a good idea, maybe with animals from Yellowstone National Park would also be a good idea. |

Maybe it's just me but the coloring is a bit too dark overall but otherwise very well made. |

Hawaii is not ready yet as I still need to finish the plants. The Somali wild ass was made from the Dube Warriors Grevy's Zebra Found Here. As soon as I saw it I thought "Yes a decent mesh for a donkey!" As for the blurry skins, I do my best but some of my source images do not translate well in game even if they look great in Nifskope. Not sure why. Most photos are just not high resolution I guess. On the bright side anyone can make replacement or variant skins for the PD animals. The great thing about these packs is you can choose which animals to use for your zoo as each is a separate file. Your zoo your way Next up for Somalia is the Somali Leopard, the odd colored male is a King leopard, a known variant for that region. Somali Leopard ![]() Next I am working on the Silver dik-dik, the smallest of all dik-diks and found in the dry tropical forest biome. |

Not COTW but I am going to contribute an Argentinian animal for Date of the Dinosaur. Say hello to Chapalmalania, a Pliocene South American giant coati relative that looked and behaved like a giant panda. The color is from an encyclopedia of extinct animals I own.

Looks like I sent the Chapalmalania in a little late. O well hopefully the addministrators will just put it in the regular downloads. I am finally going to update for COTW and I have a lot finished. Here are two bonus animals for Argentina, the Patagonian Mara and the Fairy Pink Armadillo... Patagonian Mara ![]() Pink Fairy Armadillo ![]() The armadillo has a bug found in the original hedgehog, some foods stick to its face after it eats. As this particular species mainly eats roots this results in the rare and mysterious Pink Fairy Unicornillo ![]() I am also working on finishing Zebrasorus' Lesser Kudu, in this case the southern subspecies. It still needs more testing but will be released once all the skins are working correctly for each sex and age. Southern Kudu ![]() I am using Zebrasorus' Kudu as the base for my own version which will be in the Somalia pack. Say hello to the beautiful Northern Kudu. ![]() ![]() Here are some more Somali animals that are currently in testing (mainly waiting for babies to be born)... Somali Galago ![]() Somali Hedgehog ![]() Silver dikdik ![]() Somali Ostrich ![]() Just a couple of more animals to finish then its on to Peru. |
