I AM THE UNSHRINKWRAPPER!

Hello, and welcome to the topic wherein I, Acinonyx Jubatus, post my designing projects for Zoo Tycoon 2! Prepare to be amazed! Prepare to be astounded! Prepare to be... um... turned upside down and slathered with Jello! Wait, what? Okay, forget all the pomp and circumstance... This is where I'm going to post pictures of the stuff I make for ZT2 and ask for the occasional assistance in coding or bugfixing. Um... Yeah. Because I like to design and stuff. So! Without further hesitation: ![]() Mesh: Completed Rig: Not Started Skin: Completed (needs tweaked for sick/dirty skins) Coding: Not Started ![]() Mesh: Completed (Still needs baby model) Rig: Not Started Skin: Completed (needs tweaked for female, juvenile, baby, and sick/dirty skins) Coding: Not Started These two will be released together as a Cloverly Formation mini-pack. If I have time I will also be making a Sauroposeidon, Acrocanthosaurus, Tenontosaurus and maybe some foliage to go with them; However, I have a long list of other projects to do and these additions will be pretty low on the list. [insert table of progress here as soon as I figure out how to do tables on ZetaBoards] That's all for today, folks! And remember: ~Beware the Squids, for without their squodgy blumpishness the flumbulations of the soul can never be unsneezed.~ Edited by Acinonyx Jubatus, Mar 6 2015, 10:27 PM.

not a fan of the coloration on the Aquilops, but that Deinonychus is top-notch! it can still use some more texture on the snout though, right now it look very bland. BTW, your rendering style confused me on thinking that this is a JFD work ![]() also, you used subsurf on the model didn't you? i guess i don't need to remind you not to apply it once put in game Edited by Bill, Mar 6 2015, 10:59 PM.

Thanks! Yeah, I suppose the Aquilops could use a little less greenishness and a bit more variation... I'm not entirely sure how I'd fix the Deinonychus' snout, though, since pictures of bare-skinned birds without goosebumps aren't exactly easy to come by. And no, I am not in any way affiliated with JFD. I had no idea they used this kind of rendering style. And no, no subsurf used on the models at all. In fact, the Deinonychus only has 1,122 vertices, while the Aquilops only has 1271!

Oh yeah, my favorite dinosaur, Deinonychus! Great work with the skin, it's fantastic, just like a modern bird of prey. Looking forward for more American dinos from the Early Cretaceous, I'd like to have an Acrocanthosaurus Greetings! |
