There's one theory that animals like dickinsonia died out because animals in the next era(Anomalocaris for example) ate them to extinction. Anomalocaris...hell a whole ton of extinct animals, would be breathtaking in your design style but I won't be pushy about it. The Paleo pancake here looks beautiful. It's about time I saw one that wasn't red. |

I actually made an Anomalocaris once... It used Manta Ray animations. It's extremely dated now. Really? I've never seen one that was red. |

Oh...must have just looked at the same pic over and over again XD Just happy to see a multicolored one. For some reason all the Ediacaran things I see are monochromatic. Then again they didn't have eyes so I see no reason to be colorful anyway. |

Oh, very well, I suppose I've no excuse for being lazy and not labelling it... It's a Simosuchus. |

Gonna be honest, thought it was a dinocephalian XD. Simosuchus is a crazy cool addition I've wanted for a while. |

I would not have termed it in such a vulgar manner, but essentially yes, it is a fatty deposit much like those in Tegus and crocodilians. |

I approve of this statement. Henceforth maastrichtian Madagascar shall be populated with Pudgysuchuses. |

I have a dinosaur project where these guys grow and fill a lot of niches. Aetosaur-like simosuchids, Rhino and Indricothere-like simosuchids, ...one other I don't recall, and more primitive ones that resemble the older simosuchus itself. |
