1: It is invisible BEFORE AND AFTER placement

2: I don't have any other metriorhynchus mods other than yours, so i dont know what might be interfering with it...
Don't think I can help you, then. Mine works just fine. Try it without any other downloads- it still might be a conflicting download.

for the climate; thank you very much, it's extremely helpful. So in terms of ZT2 biomes, would that be closer to cold desert, temperate forest or temperate grassland?

I guess the wetlands or boreal forest would be the best (even if there wasn't much of a forest around), or if the old pre AD biomes still work, Bog would be the perfect fit.
Why did I not see this post before? I recently remade HENDRIX's bog pack, compatible with the AD biomes. it would've been a good choice for the Anteosaurus, maybe a biome hack?

Thank you for the Anteosaurus. It makes me happy knowing someone here is a fan of synapsids and other Permian/Triassic animals(which IMO are underrated and underappreciated). Wish someone also made a Moschops, Elginia, Purlovia and Cynognathus. Perhaps one day... Anywho, I have an important question. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Anteosaurus related to Ophiacodon, gorgonopsids, Titanophoneus and Titanosuchus?

*silently high-fives GZ1990*

Option E, all of the above, but most closely related to Titanophoneus. They were sister species within Dinocephalia- the group of thick-headed Therapsids that also includes Moschops, Estemmenosuchus, and Titanosuchus. Gorgonopsids were Theriodonts, and Ophiacodon was a basal Synapsid.

@Ulquiorra: Yes, I did remember that pack after I posted that... I do plan on releasing a hack that switches the Anteosaurus to that biome, but as I don't have it installed right now it'll have to wait for a while.

Update: Welp, I've hecced up.

Apparently i DID NOT have crocodylia. I redownloaded it and now all my croc mods are cool again, INCLUDING THE METRiORHYNCUS. AJ, that thing is purely outstanding.

The anteosaurus looks really good, I love how you're taking a speculative approach and giving many of these Permian animals fur.

Heh, these animals are in dire need of some good speculation. Without fur or at least complex soft-tissue, Therapsids are just kind of... dull.
