Completely blown away! This is the coolest take on Giraff I've seen in a while
Cannot wait to see the baby models
Oh and will there be other stages? like a sub?

That is the nicest brachiosaur I have ever seen for Zoo Tycoon 2. It is perfect in every way - I even love the color. You even included Gregory Paul's Giraffatitan back spines. I love it!

Yup, I plan on having four stages: Hatchling, Young, Juvenile, and Adult, simply due to the size difference between baby and full-grown.

Beautiful, I wouldn't have guessed a brachiosaur since the teaster was horizontal, but that really is a gorgeous Giraffatitan. Never cease to amaze me.

I'm gonna be honest, I'm really not a fan. The combination of the overly large neck spikes and arm spikes are a bit too overly speculative and if anything remind me of a Level 40 Jurassic World Evolution.

Now this is definitely one of the most beautiful sauropods out there. Can't wait to house this giant in one of my zoos. My one bit of criticism would be that the tail looks a bit thin but other than that this is a perfect model.

The neck spikes are purely aesthetic, but are inspired by real life findings on unrelated sauropds. The arm spines are speculative, but have a purpose; they help males hold on to the female during mating. Females will not have them. Just so you know, my original design for this was MUCH spikier; I toned it down a LOT.

Fact: Giraffatitan had one of the wimpiest tails of any sauropod. I assure you, that is EXACTLY how thick it ought to be.

daym that dino has a bright ass future lmao

looks like its neck is held a little too high up but that could be changed easily

what animations is it using? homemade?

Scott Hartman always errs on the side of horizontality when reconstructing his sauropods. A vertical neck is well within the range of possible motion and even possible rest posture.

And yes, it is using homemade animations. I've overcome a major roadblock that was preventing me from doing those, so I'm giving it a go again.

But wouldn't the blood 'travel' better in horizontal neck?
