The plants are so colourful for such a stereotypically dull environment

So true, but when a mixture of gorse and heather are in bloom, moors can become quite colourful.

I really like the plants, but I think it might be better if the biome detail matched up with the ground color more ;)

Does this tone look any better?

Also, three more plants, Purple moor-grass, Bilberry and Cloudberry.

And an animal, Black Grouse remake, credit to Jannick for his models and skins.

I remember looking at jannick's unfinished projects and wanting this remake so badly xD So happy to know this whole pack is getting a revamp but i'm really excited about the grouse. I love the new plants too btw. They sure are going to be very useful.

The grouse looks excellent! Just curious though, will the male be able to preform the mating display and fan out their tail feathers? It looks like this:

Yes, it will! As you can see, there are some issues still with the way the tail folds (you can see the white "breeches" poke through the black), which I'm currently in the process of fixing.
The Grouse also has an entirely remade model; the old one was far too vertice-heavy (over 2200) so I made a new one from scratch and brought it down to just over 800 verts, far more reasonable for such a smallish animal.

No good hero is a one-trick phony.

Thank you to both for your hard work. I never downloaded the bog biome but I just might have to now.
