Never fear the Aussie is here! -Always wanted to say that :P

Well since they have a diet consisting of only eucalyptus leaves well.... there is your answer! They usually get most of the nutrients and water from the leaves but you will also need contracts and adoption certificates also a license :3

As Pheonix said, it's mainly Eucalyptus. One efficient way to do ths would be to provide a plantation of Eucalyptus trees outside of the enclosure for keepers to select cuttings from to provide the koalas with. You can have eucalypts in the enclosure but it is unlikely that a few trees will sustain even one koala for very long. Koalas can eat up to half a kilogram of leaves a day and are particularly picky - they typically eat only 5% of Eucalyptus species and will only take leaves of a particular nutrient balance. Because of this, you have to be very specific about which leaves you give to a koala.

Apart from that, there is little care required other tha medical practices. Koalas need trees to climb and sleep in (the trees should have forks for the koalas to sit between). Structures can be placed between trees but that isn't necessary. Very little space is needed as koalas spend al their time in one tree and don't need to move between trees often. Almost all the water that a koala needs is provided in its food, but you should provide a separate water supply as well. Koalas spend 20+ hours a day sleeping, so providing additional enrichment isn't really necessary. Ideally, the temperatures should be temperate. Koalas would need a warm indoor space cool areas and on particularly hot days, would need a form of cooling. Cooling could be as simple as ample shade and sprinklers, as I saw at one zoo.

How big should the plantation be? and How often it is being replenished?

Eucalyptus are only found in the cooler east side of Australia like my home state NSW and you need to have a LOT! Koala's eat 200-500 grams a day and sleep the rest! They will occasionally eat some other native Australian leaves too! Depends on how many Koala's you have! Also replenishing leaves should not be frequent but once or twice every week! These guys are not very active at all sleeping around 18 hours a day!

I did work experience at Halls Gap Zoo which had quite a large plantation (probably 30 trees or so) and they got around ten cuttings daily for several koalas.

Zoo Tycooner FR, that additional part of your post was totally unneeded, and it was removed since it was too mature for some of the members here, even with the censored words.
Please refrain from doing this again, and this counts as a verbal warn.
