I am so happy that a pack like this is being made, and these are so well-rendered that I thought they were photos of museum specimens at first!! This is wonderful :'D

Thanks, I try to keep as many details, textures are in HD, so they look like the real thing ;) but at the cost of quality is the size of the file later.
Tetragrammaton, I try to do discharges, the model from different angles so it was not that the picture from the internet xD
Somewhat, I transformed butterfly model, changes can not see much, only what I had done is somewhat improved head, bulging eyes, proboscis, palps, only the model Ornithoptera arched his abdomen so that was the most realistic :) And so it looks like in practice for example:
Rothschild's Birdwing (Ornithoptera rothschildi) (Kenrick, 1911)

I love these birdwings so far! Will the common green birdwing and golden birdwing also be a part of it? They are some of the most popular.

My compliments. There haven't been many butterflies made before and you certainly managed to make them look very realistic. Well done!

After many months of absence, I decided to design something for ZT2, very much changed when I was not there. I decided to fine-tune the butterfly model I had previously shown, I think it is already perfect, this model that I show is created only for the Satyrinae subfamily, because it is my favorite subfamily, in particular the type Erebia. I have already created 24 species of Erebia including species from America and Eurasia.
Rate it yourself, and tell me what you think about this project :)

I'm always more excited for smaller animals to be made. Very nice model for it!

Butterflies! Are they functional animals, or just ambient?

Butterflies are encoded as animals, they have life needs but, all needs are met while flying. Butterflies do not reproduce (rather it is not necessary) :)
Photo of the game during the meeting of 4 species: Erebia cassioides (M), E. montana (M), E. pharte (M), E. stirius (F) ;)
