Yeah, but that defaults to a black background :P It took me a while before I figured that out myself xD

I figured that out ;)

Hendrix

With DXTbmp it's super easy to get the background in the right color, if you're using gimp you must watch out a bit.

Also, you should look into custom normals for these. ;)

One of the reasons I didn't do the method Yukon did in his tutorial, was due to using gimp.
I'll figure out a way to do it with gimp.
I don't want to download programs like nifscope etc if possible.

I will look into normals, they look quite interesting

Radical Treemake pack 1 released

Posted Image
click the image to download
•have new custom icons
•replace the original trees
•Have wind efects
•no more black outlines (didn't even need any programs outside of gimp to fix that)
---
things to fix:
-balsam fir takes up 1 placement grid square when it should take up 4
-change lod distance (you have to zoom in quite close to the Balsam fir to see the non-lod model)
-non-English Zoopedias might need fixing...
things to add:
-Autumn variants for the Tamarack tree

I would like to thank Yukon, Incinerox, Hendrix, and Acinonyx Jubatus!

Textures are drawn from scratch.
if you want to use my models please let me know beforehand

Is it really an issue? I think most players just use the grid-free mod for plants anyway.

Regardless, thanks for the release! :3

Try re downloading the file, the tamarak's icon is yellow

if that doesn't work, add 20 "z" to the front of the file
