Agree with velociraptor but maybie Paleop meant ''After I release this version'' (maybie first treemake) ''I will work on remaking other foliage''? Edited by antek234, Nov 8 2017, 04:14 PM.

Alrighty, Thanksgiving is around the corner and so I am going to release something. I haven't put in an time to fix the balsam fir's one problem. (which does not affect gameplay it's just a bit of unpollishment). ![]() DOWNLOAD Be sure to place a few tamaracks Have fun putting them in your northeastern temperate forests, boreal forests, etc. A big thank you and credit goes to Hendrix for ape II, which was used for the coding. All textures are hand drawn. A huge thanks to Iben for helping me with the variant code etc! The Leptocycas I was making has finalized textures.... Somewhat unfortunately I gave it the wrong leaves and made it too large. Meaning I can no longer call it leptocycas. Fortunately this mistake crossed another tree from dd off my list. Thouarsus cycad (which does not exactly exist....). Funny enough it's the same shape as the tree in Zoo Tycoon 1. ![]() Thouarsus cycad (not a palm) I've also figured out how to render better, big thanks to Sam for that! I will dedicate the rest of this to a list of future projects: •Pumpkin-enrichment item •White pine-temperate, america •lodge-pole pine-montane, america •Temperate remakes •DD trees Edited by Paleop, Nov 22 2017, 12:21 PM.

Ho Ho Ho, Merry 12th of December, Have the most common species of Christmass tree available for download:![]() Edmontosaurus and batteries not included DOWNLOAD FRASER FIR Custom zoopedia by me, apologies if the translations are rough I used google translate for those. Stands slightly shorter than black spruce. If anyone wants to decorate it just give credit for the base model and textures (please contact me though) Thank you to Hendrix for ape ii! I saw the boreal remakes had a problem and not only fixed it, but capitalized on it (you'll see in the list of changes) List of changes: •Tamarack moved to temperate forest, appears in Boreal, Montane animals' recommended tab. •Black spruce appears in Wetland animals' recomended tab. DOWNLOAD BIOME UPDATED TREEMAKES please add 20 zeroes if not all the trees show up in game. Credits for Coding: Hendrix, thank you for ape ii! Credits for some zoopedias: Wikipedia I also have a proposition, I have quite a few dinosaur models I'd be willing to let people use for modding. such species include: barosaurus, diplodocus, parasaurolophus, edmontosaurus (regalis). ![]() I want your opinions. would you be interested in a giant tree pack? The species shown above are as follows: Grand fir, Sitka Spruce, Giant Sequoia, Coast redwood. (shown left to right at maximum heights) (fraser fir and mamenchisaurus for scale) The pack would contain a remake of my coast redwood as well as the first two trees. The trees will be downsized to their high average heights. I'm always up for plant suggestions. What plants do you people think would be really useful/ needed? Those look great Palp, I would most certainly use them! I especially like that coastal redwood. Nice work. I think we need more Eucalyptus trees. There aren't many good ones that have that distinctive eucalypt look to them. They could be made in many different sizes, from small to almost as large as the trees above. ![]() ![]() ![]() Ferns with dead branches hanging down, similar to your Thouarsus cycad (Awesome BTW!) above. ![]() Gnarled Cloud Forest trees ![]() ![]() ![]() Mossy rocks would be cool to. Sorry for so many pics... Edited by HarryD28, Dec 19 2017, 01:35 PM.

I 100% agree about more eucalyptus. Some more common North American and European deciduous species would be great as well. |

I'm not too sure what species would fit this but... I've noticed that there aren't any trees or plants for of the RR animals now that they have been moved to new biomes. I've always wanted more trees and plants for the Koala, the Spanish Lynx (it has no plants or trees native to its habitat at all!) and... More African wetlands trees. There are actually no native tree species for the African Wetland species, like the buffalo or Nile monitor. Oh and North African Deciduous trees for the Barbary ape! I think expanding the trees on the biomes that RR made is really needed. I wouldn't mind seeing more diversity for the Madagascar scrub biome, or the tropical rainforests from all over the world- I always thought the rainforest didn't have enough trees. I guess I'm weird, I like having the animals in their natural habitat, while many zoo builders like to make the zoo more realistic. So basically- Mediterranean biome Mediterranean species. Temperate Deciduous Forest biome North Africa species. Wetlands biome African species. Temperate Rainforest biome Western Australia (though this might fit in with more eucalyptus!) Scrub Biome Madagascar Any place Temperate Rainforest, Cold Desert, Freshwater, Montane... and Tropical Rainforest. That's a lot, sorry. I've just been sad that a lot of animals don't have much or any foliage native to their area of their biome. If you want a list, I can come up with one later! I just have a lot going on right this second! |

I think more mangrove species would be useful, as well as some plants like wild grapes or more varieties of sagebrush. |

I agree with all the suggestions above but i thnk we are also really lacking good african Acacias. The eucalyptus are also really needed.
