Looks nice, but don't trust the subsurf modifier, I tend to use it too often too, and then I have to redo a lot, because I notice, that it looks bad without it. And in the end, that's how it's gonna look. Great job on the modelling, the body could maybe use some reduction, but it's very nice for your first try! Just keep in mind, that if you don't have many details on less important areas (belly, neck, legs,) you can have more at important ones (feet, head, etc.) But having an overall konstant level of detail is more important after all :p @tigris: I'm gonna try it again You don't need smooth shading for modelling, in fact, it can be quite helpful.
